Check-in time: 12:00 PM - 8:00 PM
Check-out time: Before 11:00 AM
Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged upon request, subject to availability

Noise Policy

Quiet hours: 10:00 PM - 7:00 AM
Please be mindful of other guests and neighbors
No loud music or parties allowed

Smoking Policy

Strictly no smoking inside the apartments
Designated smoking area available in the garden
Violation may result in additional cleaning fees

Visitors

All visitors must be registered at reception
Visitors are allowed between 8:00 AM - 9:00 PM
Overnight guests not included in the original booking are not permitted

Pets

Sorry, pets are not allowed
Service animals are welcome with prior notification

Property Care

Please treat the property with care
Report any damages or issues promptly
Guests are responsible for damages beyond normal wear and tear

Security

Lock doors and windows when leaving the apartment
Do not share access codes or keys with non-registered guests
SocialGully is not responsible for lost or stolen items

Kitchen Use

Clean kitchen appliances after use
Dispose of food waste properly
Report any appliance issues immediately

Identity Verification

In order to comply with Uttaranchal government regulations, guests must provide a valid photo ID (such as a passport) at check-in
For foreign nationals only: Please submit copies of both your visa and passport during the booking process

Violation of any of these rules may result in immediate departure from the property without refund. We appreciate your cooperation in maintaining a pleasant environment for all our guests.
