How to choose
Two or three guests
The 1BHK is for 2–4 guests. Two or three people sit inside that range. ₹3,300 a night is for 2 adults + 1 child (under 10). Up to 4 adults is ₹4,500 / night. The second bedroom is without AC — the fact to weigh if someone needs a cooled room at night.
Four guests
Four adults fit both apartments. On the 1BHK, that is ₹4,500 / night, with one AC bedroom and one non-AC room. On the 2BHK, four adults are ₹5,600 / night, with AC in both bedrooms and the living room. The choice is space and cooling, not a rule that four people should take the larger home.
Five to seven guests
Only the 2BHK goes through seven guests. ₹7,600 a night is for 4–7 adults. That jump is occupancy in the same 2BHK, not a different apartment, and not the 1BHK next to it unless you enquire about both as separate stays.
Both kitchens are fully equipped. Free parking is for guests. Both apartments are set up as homes, not hotel rooms without a kitchen. Location is shared: Barrage Colony, Veerbhadra, 1.2 km from AIIMS Rishikesh. Marine Drive is a 10-minute walk to the Ganga. Choosing 1BHK or 2BHK does not move you to Tapovan or the jhulas.
Before you message
How many adults, and is anyone a child under 10? Does anyone need a cooled room to sleep? Do you want a second balcony and a cooled living room, or is one AC bedroom enough? If you are wondering about both apartments, say so — they are not a default combo.
